Introducing "Pending" Status for Deposits

In our effort to improve transparency and user experience, we're rolling out a new feature that allows you to see the "Pending" status for deposits that have hit our system but are not yet fully paid out to you. This means you'll be able to see incoming funds earlier in the process, giving you a clear view of what to expect in your account.

Why This Matters

• ‍Reduced Anxiety: Waiting for a deposit can be nerve-wracking, especially when there's no sign of it in your account. With the new "Pending" status, you'll have immediate confirmation that your deposit is on its way, reducing any uncertainty or anxiety.
• ‍Better Financial Planning: Early visibility of incoming deposits allows for better financial planning and management, ensuring you're always informed about your financial standing.
• ‍Increased Transparency: This update reflects our commitment to providing you with as much information as possible about your transactions, fostering trust and reliability.

How It Works

When a deposit is initiated and detected by our system, it will now be marked as "Pending" in your Transaction History. This status will remain until the deposit is fully processed and available in your account, at which point it will switch to "Completed."

You don't need to do anything differently—just head over to your Transactions page, and you'll start seeing the "Pending" status for applicable deposits.
